Getting Personal With Allah swt. Through His 99 Beautiful (names) Attributes

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

From my earlier blog, Relationship with Allah swt. i talked about knowing who Allah is and why we need to have a close relationship with our Creator…..

If we do not know WHO ALLAH IS, then how we are able to get personal relationship with our Creator?

Before getting to know a person, a friend etc, it is necessary for us to know their personal qualities….

Similarly, for the Al-Mighty ALLAH, Our Creator, there are 99 beautiful (names ) Attributes for Him. The very first of two begins with love and compassion, Ar Rahmaan (الرحمن) and Ar Raheem (الرحيم).

Beloved Prophet Muhammad SollaLlahu alaihi wa aalihi wa Sallam reported to have said that,

“Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise.”

(Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

My respected readers, as a usual practice, we begin our daily activities in the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate and Most Merciful, but this required to be practiced more consciously to be blessed with a gradual increment of relationship with ALLAH swt.

Everything we do, from waking up to brushing our teeth until going back to sleep, we are constantly asking Allah to love us; even though, as we are with full of our faults and mistakes, committing sins knowingly or unknowingly yet our beloved ALLAH is unfailingly showering His forgiveness and Mercy on us with His infinite Mercy. Alhamdulillah, Thank you ALLAH.

Earlier in my blog, at the beginning of : so begins my journey of realization, I have talked about my closeness with ALLAH swt; when my first born baby died, i often supplicate ALLAH with His 3 beautiful names : which were Ya Khaliq (the Creator), Ya Barri’ (the Maker-the Originator ) and Ya Mussawir (the Flawless Shaper-Fashioner). SubhanaAllah i was reciting those beautiful names, supplicating Allah swt with each names continuously……whenever and whatever situation i was in…. subhanalLah By the grace of our beloved Creator Himself, i conceived again just after 3 months.

Alhamdulilllah. My eldest daughter is now 18 years of age. May Allah guide her to be a great Muslimah, in sha Allah. She is a lovely gift of Allah for my Dua. Alhamdulillah. Not only did Allah grant me, my daughter, Allah also gave me 3 other bonuses, a son and two daughters….. SubhanaAllah

It is just to declare here that whenever we have such a consciously close relationship with our Creator, the Almighty ALLAH swt in Whom we believe and place our whole trust, believe me ! miracles will happen! in sha Allah.

Sincere supplication with the Most beautiful 99 (names) attributes of Allah will bring our soul to the world of the realization of true individual Relationship with ALLAH swt
