Our Intentions to please Allah will be judged as our Ibadah for Allah. As long as we perform it to become our Ibadah seeking Allah’s pleasure.
In our life whatever work we perform for the sake of Allah and to please Him then it will also be judged as our ibadah. Allahu Akbar.
Ever since i was a young girl, i have often wondered what is work satisfaction? It is getting the high income? High position? High power? Some people have high income and yet do not feel satisfied or happy with what they are earning? Even more so with those people who are earning low income. And yet there are some with low income but they are happy, satisfied and provided for with everything such as health, family and a good life. Biiznillah
What is the difference between these 2 groups of people. Why is one group of people happy and satisfied even with low or any income and why is the other still unhappy or unsatisfied with any income or and worse for those earning high income and with a high position? So why is it that makes them unsatisfied with their earning and what is really work satisfaction?
Many of us do not realize that whatever task we are given by Allah is our work. Hence we are here to work for Allah. And when we work those given tasks, what ever it may be, provided it is is halal then it is ibadah, SubhanalLah and will be rewarded in dunia and akhirat.
When we make our shahadah by proclaiming that we are living for Allah then all our intentions, tasks and work becomes for the sake of Allah, no doubt our entire life is ibadah in sha Allah, especially if we do all our tasks with full of sincerity.
The reward from working is not just from getting the income. There is no denying the fact that the income is important for it provides sustainability and it is most essential for surviving in this dunia but the immense reward comes from Allah.
Work satisfaction comes from getting the reward from Allah. From the reward it will bring “barakah” and from this barakah comes work satisfaction in sha Allah.
The feeling of satisfaction only comes from Allah and we do it for the sake of Allah, work is not done to satisfy the boss but to satisfy the almighty Who has grant us with the job, task, health and the boss. Once we have satisfy our Allah, the boss would be satisfied with our work, this is the unveiling reality of barakah.
For us to be granted baraqah, we need Allah’s redha and rahmah. To get Allah redha and rahmah we need to strive to be a good worker for Allah with full of sincerity.!
May Allah swt give us work satisfaction and infinite rewards with the extra barakah. Ameeen ameeen ameeen ya Allah.
