In the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, Allah swt granted man a lot of scientific progress. Technology has progressed and truly reached at its highest level for now with Allah’s decree.
Science and technology have been contributing a lot to the world. Especially in information technology, transportation technology, architecture and various fields of engineering. The world have achieved wonderful developments.
By means of satellites and information technology every kind of broadcast can be sent to any destination instantly. The fact that the beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) predicted this extraordinary capability 1400 years ago is another sign that we have to recall .
For example : let us see some of the sacred words;
“A voice will call him by name … and even people in the east and west will hear it. (Ibn Hajar Haythami, Al Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi ‘alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntazar)”
“This voice will spread over the entire world, and every tribe will hear it in their own language. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman)”
“A voice from the sky that everyone will hear in his own language. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman)”
We cannot live without it….It evolves. Muslim scholars then would use tecnology appropriate during their time and era accordingly.
As people learned more, Allah swt will give the knowledge fitting and suitable according to the time and period….
A few years back, i used to wonder why the need to have everything online, why the sudden importance of learning the computers. Even toddlers were already having computer classes like ‘computots’ and the likes of it.
Little that i know, Allah swt has made all the preparations for us already. Allah swt the All Knowing knows that His servants are not able to live without technology. And He granted it, Subhana Allah.
Allah swt had given ilham (ideas) to His slaves the likes of Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg to create the computer, facebook etc…. From all these given knowledge, Allah swt gave more expertise, ideas and innovations to create other apps and softwares, to run many facilities to accomodate for our convenience.
For example, we can see, the rapid developments in the transportation and connecting industries on the ground, such as grab, uber all these discoveries provides us with even more convenience.
SubhanalLah, what a Surprise! Who would have thought that with these types of technology, it would be useful for the mankind in times of crisis as the entire world are facing today. Allahu Akhbar
It is most convenient during these time of ‘movement control order’ and ‘social distancing’!
• When we need to order groceries from online store providers, we click on the button to buy….
• Order cooked food from grab food, uber food, food panda and so many more
• Communication via telecommunications, social media , online internet services , facetime, whatsapp, skype and many other applications….
• Educational institutes are totally depending on E – classes at this situation, Classes are held online so children are still able to learn even though they are not in school.
• Work from home via emails, and social media facilities, and many more ……
• Meetings held online via many applications available for our convenience
Allah swt is the greatest, He made sure that His slaves are given ample facilities and are blessed with ease.
All these facilities are given to man as blessings to overcome whatever situation we may face during this epidemic or at any such situations.
Alhamdulillah thank You Allah, through Allah’s Rahmah man is granted these conveniences especially when we are faced with these chaotic situations.
With all these granted technology and its facilities, it is easier for us to still continue our lives without leaving our homes during this epidemic situation. Allahu Akbar
Let say if there is no such facilities, how we are able to be self sustainable during such crisis situations.
