Allah swt made this sacred month of Ramadhan as mercy, forgiveness and protection from the hell fire.
During this merciful month of sacred Ramadhan, our beloved Allah swt is not only Merciful but also our beloved Allah swt is our Protector.
Our beloved Allah swt promised His servants protection from the jahannam especially for those servants who beg for the protection from the punishments of hell fire.
While fasting, we abstain ourselves from eating, drinking and sex from a prescribed time to a prescribed time, control our tongue, ears, brain and eyes from all prohibited things, furthermore we control our nafs from all negative desires during the days and the nights of Ramadhan. This obedience leads every fasting servant of Allah to gain Allah’s pleasure and jannah. In sha Allah.

The final ten days of the sacred month of Ramadhan is especially for all of us to beg for Allah’s protection from the hell fire – “ithquminannar”.
So let us increase this dua’ in final ten days of Ramadhan.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
O Allah, You are (Afuwwun) Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me.
Ya Allah, we beg for Your Rahmah , Maghfirah and ithquminannar in this sacred Ramadhan
Ya Allah we beg You to shower Your mercy upon Your weak and humbling servants and grant protection for all of us from the hellfire.
Ya Allah we beg You to not allow the hell fire to touch our body.
Ameen ameen ameen Ya Allah.
